• Track Missions and maintain service quality
• Communicate with you via WhatsApp about your requests or account

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing of your data relies on the following legal bases, in accordance with Senegalese law n 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the Protection of Personal Data:

• Performance of a contract: processing necessary to provide the matching service.
• Legitimate interest: fraud prevention, service improvement, platform security.
• Consent: marketing communications and non-essential notifications (withdrawable at any time).
• Legal obligation: data retention required by applicable regulations.

5. Data sharing

• Other users: the Provider's WhatsApp number and first name are shared with the Client once a mission is confirmed, and vice-versa.
• Technical subcontractors: hosting, messaging, and analytics tools, bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Competent authorities: upon judicial or administrative request.

6. Retention periods

• Active account data: retained for the duration of your use of the service.
• Closed account data: retained for 3 years for evidentiary purposes, then deleted or anonymised.
